Hello everyone. My name is Rosemary Carlson Peavler and I am a freelance writer and college professor. My primary area of expertise is business and finance, but I also write about lots of other things including politics and education. I've spent 25 years teaching all areas of business and finance, including retirement planning and estate management. I've written articles for major glossy trade magazines such as Financial Playbook and major online publications. I was the feature writer for a well-known online brokerage, Patagon Securities, for a number of years. All this while teaching full-time!

If you want to see some of my work, you can go to my Small Business Finance site.

I'm glad to be here -- writing for Suite 101!
